Company Overview

Our company provides home monitoring and maintenance for select residents of Vero Beach. My associates and I act as personal representatives and caretakers for your property during your absence.

We offer you complete care with the same attention to detail that would take place if you were in residence. This service would allow you and your family the freedom of simply enjoying your home when you are in residence without the bother of mundane chores associated with property maintenance.

Services would include complete maintenance of your property as follows:

Exterior: Weekly monitoring. To include checking lawn, landscape, driveway, patio, deck, dock, pool, vehicle maintenance and more.

Interior: Weekly monitoring. To include checking air conditioning, appliances, plumbing, lighting, ceilings, floors, water heaters, alarms and more.

We also offer shopping for groceries, personal items, household items and can make arrangements for catering as requested. We are also available to contact, meet and or oversee any contractors, vendors, or specialized service people working on your property.

For your added convenience, we would be happy to provide you with monthly bill paying services with a minimal service and supervisory fee (charged on your monthly total), we will collect and pay your household bills (telephone, cable, utilities, etc.). Each month you would receive an itemized statement with a copy of all your bills and the total amount you owe. You then send us one check and your payments would be dispersed to the appropriate recipient. This service alleviates time delay or missed payments during your travels or absence from your residence.

As an added convenience, we offer transportation to and from any of the neighboring airports such as Vero Beach, Melbourne, Orlando, Palm Beach, Ft. Lauderdale and Miami.
